I am Salem, 35 years old. I have been working in bakeries since I was young, and now I have my own bakery. I work in it with my son. We open from 6 am to 12 pm, and then we take a break and come from 4 pm to 8 pm every day. This is how we work in the morning. It is not crowded. I work alone, and my son comes in the afternoon to work with me. Here I sell bread, pizza, cheese bread, coriander bread, qorad (leek) bread and potato bread. In our work we use flour, water and salt.
